Rental Agreement
We Do Not Cover Public Parks and open to the public events
We do not Cover New Jersey
ABSOLUTELY NO SILLY STRING!
ABSOLUTELY NO ADULT BOUNCING!
We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to rain, thunderstorm, or winds over 20-25miles from 7am to 10pm.
Deposit: Cleaning deposit Fee may plus rental fee may be required at time of Delivery/Setup – Renter is Responsible for keeping the Unit Clean and Safe from damage. The deposit is nonrefundable if Bounce /Food machine is returned Unclean:
$25.00 to $100.00 for Cleaning
$100.00 to $200.00 for Repairs
$500.00 to $2500.00 If Unit is not Repairable, is Lost or Stolen.
Delivery: Delivery fees are calculated mile x hourly rate plus tolls.
Minimum $200.00 rental fee for delivery over 10 miles/20min plus a delivery fee.
Special Deliveries over 20 miles "may be" arrange for specials order over $400.00 +plus delivery fee. Delivery fees are calculated automatically thru google shipping API (Delivery with 20 miles from Mount Vernon 10550 required 80 miles driving, 2x Round trips Delivery and takedown - But we only charge one-way extra miles)
We deliver and setup prior your Party start time and up to one day before your event. Setup takes approximately 30 mins. Make sure where you want the Bounce and if there is enough room, and you have a 110v Electrical Outlet within 100’ in working Condition.
Payment: Payment at time of delivery, No exceptions.

Weather Policy: No Refund after Delivery. In case of inclement weather Bounce Playground must receive notification of cancellation of event within 24 hours before scheduled delivery time. If a customer is willing to take a chance on potential weather threats, the delivery will be made at customer's own risk of limited use with the understanding the inflatable(s) cannot be operated during wind or thunder and will need to be shut down and clean the unit after use.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due rain, thunderstorm, or winds over 20-25 miles from 7am to 10pm, bounce can be setup with light rain but cannot takedown under rain.
Early pickup may apply if there is 50% or more chance rain at pickup time, from 4pm to 10pm
Pickup time is approximate - Late rentals fees:
7pm: $15.00
8pm: $30.00
9pm: $50.00
A Responsible Adult Must Be in attendance and supervise All Activity While Any Equipment is In Operation. Customers are responsible for supervision during the entire time that our equipment is in your possession. Customer agrees to pay up to $1000.00 for SILLY STRING REMOVAL Overnight: Lessee understands and acknowledges that the BLOWER IS TO BE REMOVED from the Inflatable device and locked up in a secure location overnight.
Renter is Responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage. The following fees may be assessed for negligence or abuse:
$25 to $100 for Cleaning
$300 to $2500 for Silly String removal
$100 to $2500 to repairs
$500 to $3500 If Unit is not Repairable, is Lost or Stolen.
Delivery: The lessee grants the right to Bounce Playground workers to enter said property for the delivery and pick-up of equipment. Delivery and pick-up time is approximated, up to one day before or pick up two days after.
Cancelation: In case of inclement weather Bounce Playground must receive notification of cancellation of the event within 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
$50 Fee will apply to cancelation within 24 hours before scheduled delivery time
$50 to $500 Plus delivery fee will be applied for cancelation on the same day, or in case the Inflatable won’t fit.
Release of Liability: Lessee shall pay for theft and/or damage of the inflatable while on their premises. Bounce Playground, employees, and agents are not responsible for any injury occurring to any person or persons in contact with the bounce house. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bounce Playground, their employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, and expenses arising out of or resulting from participation in these activities. I further agree to release, acquit and covenant not to sue Lesser, employees, subcontractors, and volunteers for all actions, causes of action claims or damages, damages in law, or remedies in equity of whatever kind, including the negligence of Lesser, employees, volunteers, subcontractors, or my family, myself, or my heirs, against Bounce Playground heirs. The terms of this agreement shall continue and be in effect after the experience has ended. Insurance: I acknowledge that I have adequate own insurance, homeowners’ insurance, tenants’ insurance, or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage, which may occur to me, my guests, and or participants for the use of the unit(s) I am renting. If no lessee assumes all and full responsibility in the event of any such injury, damage, or loss due to lessor’s negligence, lessee agrees and assumes the duty to be responsible for costs resulting from said injury, damage, or loss. I Lessor have read and understood ALL the Rules listed above AND the Release of Liability and agree to abide by those rules and that Bounce Playground will be held harmless against any claims due to injury or other as described above.
